Services
Current Services
I’m currently offering telemedicine (phone or video) consults only.
My primary focus in on providing naturopathic-integrative speciality care. Although I have provided primary care for patients in the past, my services are best utilized as a supplement to your existing medical plan.
Please note:
I am not an in-network provider for private insurance plans, and am currently not billing insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service.
For Oregon residents, I can provide a “Superbill” which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Common Questions:
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care profession, emphasizing prevention, treatment, and optimal health through the use of therapeutic methods and substances that encourage individuals’ inherent self-healing process. The practice of naturopathic medicine includes modern and traditional, scientific, and empirical methods.
You can read more about naturopathic medicine here.
Naturopathic doctors are educated and trained in accredited naturopathic medical colleges. They diagnose, prevent, and treat acute and chronic illness to restore and establish optimal health by supporting the person’s inherent self-healing process. Rather than just suppressing symptoms, naturopathic doctors work to identify underlying causes of illness, and develop personalized treatment plans to address them. Their Therapeutic Order™, identifies the natural order in which all therapies should be applied to provide the greatest benefit with the least potential for damage.

Although I have offered primary care for patients in the past, my services are best utilized as a supplement to your existing medical plan.
It is best if you are already established with a primary care physician for your routine health needs, such as physicals, immunizations, routine bloodwork, imaging, referrals to specialists, and conventional medications.
For Oregon residents, I am able to offer some primary care services, such as prescribing medications, ordering labs, and making referrals when needed. However, my services are best used in conjunction with your existing healthcare plan.
For clients located outside of Oregon, I can serve as your health and wellness advisor only, and am not able to diagnose or treat disease directly, or to prescribe prescription medications.
I work with all adult patients, and children-teenagers aged 7 and older.
I am able to provide adjunctive care for most acute and chronic conditions. The list at right summarizes some of the most common conditions I work with.
For patients with cancer, I am able to provide supportive care to complement your standard care only, and do not offer therapies to directly treat tumors.
At this time, I am providing telemedicine services only.
My primary modalities include:
- Diet
- Exercise and lifestyle
- Phytotherapy (herbal medicines, including Chinese & Western herbal medicine)
- Micronutrient therapies (including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, and other molecules of natural origin)
- Low-potency homeopathic preparations (including remedies used in bio therapeutic drainage and anthroposophical medicine)
Other modalities, such as certain meditative practice, journaling, art therapy, and light and sound therapy may be recommended as needed.

Visits & Fees
The following are the options I offer for telemedicine visits and their costs:
Initial Visit
$225 (60 minutes)
This option includes an hour-long phone and/or video consult (depending on your preferences) to establish care.
I will review your health goals, gather all your health information, determine the need for additional testing, and will formulate an assessment on what organ systems and endocrine glands need the most support.
I will then work with you to create a comprehensive health plan, and will help you determine what diet and lifestyle changes, herbal, micronutrient, or other treatments are most suitable. Finally, we will determine if there are any labs and/or referrals to be made, and will formulate a clear follow-up plan.
Follow-up Visit
$100 (30 minutes)
This option is for follow-up visits with established patients only.
I will review your health goals and your progress on the recommendations given at the last visit, and will determine if additional testing needs to be done.
Then, I will modify your treatment plan based on your current needs.
Brief Follow-up Visit
$75 (10 minutes)
This option is for very brief follow-up visits with established patients only, such as for addressing only minor changes in the treatment plan.
I will review your health goals and your progress on the recommendations given at the last visit, and will determine if additional testing needs to be done.
Then, I will modify your treatment plan based on your current needs.
