A Systems-Based Approach to Integrative Care
I provide consultative telehealth services for individuals seeking a thoughtful, whole-person approach to chronic and complex health concerns.
My practice is designed to complement your existing medical providers — adding a layer of integrative and systems-based clinical reasoning to help make sense of patterns that may not fit neatly into a conventional diagnosis.
I draw from modern biomedical science, traditional medical frameworks, and thirty years of clinical experience to identify how dysfunction in one system — endocrine, nervous, immune, digestive, or otherwise — ripples through others. Rather than treating isolated symptoms, I work to restore coherence and resilience across the whole person, guided by salutogenic principles: understanding what generates and sustains health, not only what disrupts it.
I approach each concern through an organ-system lens, looking at how regulatory networks interact and where the points of leverage are for your particular situation.
Therapeutic tools may include:
- Dietary, lifestyle, and exercise guidance
- Herbal medicine (Western, Chinese, and Ayurvedic traditions)
- Micronutrient therapy (including trace elements)
- Low-potency homeopathic and anthroposophic remedies (European botanical and mineral preparations)
- Mind-body approaches
- Sensory therapies (light, sound, etc.)
Areas of Focus
I commonly work with:
- Chronic gastrointestinal concerns
- Nervous system dysregulation (anxiety, insomnia, mood-related conditions)
- Endocrine and metabolic imbalance
- Immune and inflammatory patterns
- Cardiovascular and respiratory issues
- Reproductive health
- Chronic musculoskeletal pain and complex multisystem conditions
For advanced or medically complex cases, I typically collaborate with your existing healthcare team.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer primary care?
My practice is not a replacement for conventional primary care. I
recommend maintaining an ongoing relationship with a primary care
provider.
For Oregon residents, I can:
- Order lab tests
- Prescribe medications
- Make referrals
For clients outside Oregon, I provide health and wellness consulting only.
Is naturopathic medicine evidence-based?
My approach integrates both traditional clinical wisdom and contemporary
biomedical research. I apply critical thinking to both — drawing on what
works across frameworks while remaining transparent about the evidence
base for each recommendation.
What ages do you work with?
Adults and children aged 7 and older.
Do you offer in-person visits?
Currently, all services are provided via telemedicine (video or phone).
